iPod® Redemption Details
To Earn an iPod®: Purchase qualifying dentist or laboratory products from an authorized Heraeus dealer or laboratory products from Heraeus during the specified campaign period (see flyer for specific dates). Fill out the redemption form and fax or mail your invoice to Heraeus. Invoices not accompanied by this redemption form may not be honored or fulfilled. Upon order verification, you will receive an email from Heraeus that will include access information to the Heraeus & DentalXP Podcast series. All invoices and redemption forms must be received within one month of the campaign end date (see flyer for specific dates)..
